A unique beer from our 2019. coolship season. Alongside the wild yeasts dwelling near our Eimuri brewery during November, this beverage has been exposed to Belgian spontaneous fermentation yeasts in the fermentation vessel. In July we poured the beer onto freshly picked forest blueberries in ratio 1/3. The result is a truly northern taste in which blueberry tannins interact with the wild yeast phenols - a moist and mossy forest landscape with nuances of bresaola on the nose. All this in a deep purple colour with a robust blueberry fruitiness that covers the alcohol content.
